PART 2


Draw a MODEL of a PLANT CELL (remember?!) - Use your JOURNAL or look it up if you need help. 
Label the NUCLEUS, CELL MEMBRANE, CELL WALL, MITOCHONDRIA AND CHOLOROPLAST and WRITE DOWN THE JOB FOR EACH PART.

DRAW a Model that explains the process of photosynthesis. Use color, detail, creativity and EFFORT!
In the model include the INPUTS. The inputs are the compounds and “ingredients” that make photosynthesis happen. Also include the OUTPUTS. Those are the compounds or ingredients that are  the product of photosynthesis. 
These should be in the model: SUNLIGHT, CARBON DIOXIDE, SUGAR/ GLUCOSE/FOOD, OXYGEN, WATER, ENERGY

Under the model write one paragraph (5-7 sentences ) explaining why photosynthesis is an important phenomena on our planet. Also include two cool or weird facts about photosynthesis you would like to let me know.:

Do a NATURE walk outside if you can, or look outside (get PARENT permission - remember social distancing):


Make observations of plants you see - look at all parts closely of the plants. Write down 5 notes. Write 3 questions. Draw pictures of some or take photos also if you can. Can you identify the names of any of them?
